I also missed this memo. I find it slightly entertaining that waves are in the same category as beds in terms of saleability.

Residental, maxis lot, house built by me, packaged up and moved to a new n'hood. I had to do this with all my houses as the old n'hood got corrupted. From the 8 I did there was just one lot that ended up without waves.

As I used your staything shrub thingy too late a few beds were "sold" as I moved the families out. So your buyable waves will replace them? BTW I could not find any with your link provided. Thanks Inge for the tip. I will peruse your pages again.
