Green skin has to go

Wait... they gave us ANOTHER green creature?
I suppose we should be thankful it isn't blue.
Wait... is the genie blue? No, don't tell me. I don't want to know.
See, this is why I'm two or three EPs/Crappacks behind and haven't been motivated to catch up.
You're lagging behind because of the colours? In Matysdoorp at present, sim-you is black with gray undies on; you appear to have been smitten and now refuse to take a shower, so you just wander around covered in soot. This is reasonably lulzy, although it does nothing for your hair. Green, blue, or purple might be an improvement.
That said, I hated the evil-witch-green enough to install the skin overlay remover. Cheers, simsbaby!

Eeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
This info did nothing to make me want to spend an evening installing all the latest Fail.
If it makes you feel any better (doubtful, that), the genie is pretty much exactly like the genie from The Sims. He's not an actual character or interactive in any way, aside from waking him up and making a wish. Ho hum and disappointing bore. I found this especially uninspired, given they'd touted "the genie" as the New Fantasy-Type Sim for his EP. He's nothing but an animated object.
I personally find the green skin for evil witches lulzy (despite not actually playing AL yet), but the ghastly lack of effort that went into the quality of the overlay is exceedingly shoddy, even for EA.

Sort of. It's more like I don't have time to hunt down all the replacements, fixes, etc. that I'll need. And I refuse to play as Maxis designed things, since that would just drive me nuts. I'm holding out until my next vacation.
