Dizzy2 states you should not use his NPC/townie generator in NL. You can do the same actions through the mailbox anyway.

Ancient Sim, I have to tell you how much I enjoy reading your posts. ;D You and Brynne (and a few others) bring so much flair to your games! I wish my happenings were half as interesting.

Ancient Sim, I think I read that the version of SimPE before last - which is what I think you said you're using - has bugs and may fubar your sims relationships. I've got the latest - Simpe 0.50 Alpha - and I havn't noticed any relationship anomalies. If you're starting a new n'hood it might be safer to upgrade.
