The shark vat really doesn't do anything cool. It's just a silly prop/statue based off of an old Eaxis halloween decoration, placed on top of a bonfire to make it look nice and toasty.
It looks quite ridiculous in daylight.
After I fix some holes in the mesh, I'll upload it for anyone who still wants it. :P
