crashes when accessing seating

I tried playing for the first time in months, with all expansion packs and no securom. I haven't put any objects back in the game yet, except for the hacked eastores ones, and a lot of LordDarcy's hacked ones: preorders, beds with comfort and others. And my hacks.
Is there any known bug with any of those?

On what kind of seating is it crashing? Dining chairs? Armchairs? Sofas? Loungers? Booths?

Then it must be something in dining chair section, which is the default subcategory in seating.
I don't think I've made anything relevant except for cleaned-up version of IKEA dining chair, for which people had reported no problem so far. Try removing it and see if it makes any difference.

Thank you for your answer. I've ruled out the bed fixes, ea store, and I'm working on the preorders.
Found, it was the Nominell dining chair.
