Also, don't play the game/use the laptop on your lap, either. If it DOES overheat, then the body heat from your legs doesn't help matters.

Don't tantrum like a child.  Where has anyone said they can't help you?  They're explaining to you how to provide the necessary information as whatever you have posted is not helpful.

Mine crashed because it's really hot  here right now...and my laptop just overheated.... I bought a coolingpad/notebook pad with fans... that really helped.... maybe you should try the same
