A grave question
Sandilou:
When you move out a family from a lot in the neighbourhood screen to the neighbourhood bin, do graves and urns left on the property get sold along with all other remaining property on the lot? I have a couple of ghosts that I would like to leave at the lot so that they can continue to haunt it when a new family moves in.
J. M. Pescado:
I have no idea. I don't recall they used to be, but I've always used the file-backup method when moving out of a lot to avoid permanent furniture destruction.
notveryawesome:
AFAIK, anything placed inside a building, such as an urn, will disappear when your sims move, but a grave that's placed outside will stay. That's how my game works, anyway.
Madame Mim:
I did not know that about the urns. But the graves definately stay.
J. M. Pescado:
Urns and tombstones are the same thing, but if it is sitting on an object that disappears, it may also disappear. But you should generally use the Lot-Backup trick to avoid having to refurnish.
