That's a cut and paste of what's in my startup file, so I have all those quote marks in.  Don't ask me to explain them all though as I didn't write it myself.  The original post is probably on MATY somewhere with lots of other good suggestions for aliases. I'm sure you could simplify it a lot, but all those comments in quotes are useful if I have a brain fart and can't remember wtf it all is.

You only really need:

alias 45 "boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true"
alias 45- "boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation false"
The rest is just descriptive, and tooltips, but it will work.
