Bring a real friend

Where has the "bring a real friend" patch gone? I can't find it anywhere, and there's no note if it works with NL or not. It makes me crazy when my sims bring the pizza boy with them when they visit. I want them to bring real friends again!

So far it works - if you answer the question "can I bring a friend" positively - the sim will come with a real friend.
Tank came with his dad, and Ripp brought a secret society member. It was very good for my kid (which had a birthday - I don't make parties), because when he enterred the college he already had 4 best frind among the SS members.
