Anyone else frustrated with all the sitenames that start with "Sim"?

You don't have to visit them all at once: just subscribe, and ask to be informed about updates. Thus you can delete many of your favorites, and enter the sites through the e-mailed updates...:).

Then I get unwanted e-mails stacked up in my mailbox.  Still pesky.

Give up downloading!  Quit the habit!  Get the anti-addiction patch!  Go on the wagon! ;D

Syera:
Pfah.  I don't download that much, but there are some sites I just have to keep an eye on in the event that they put out something I just can't resist.  Like a fedora or something.

ZephyrZodiac:
LOL

I've been annoyed by all the sites calling themselves SimSomething for years :). If you can be bothered, you could search the TSR forums for old posts by me - I think I made a post along the same lines as this back in 2003 ;).

Someone wanted advice for how to run a Sims site, and pretty much the first thing I said was "Don't call it SimSomething. At least call it Something Sims!". It must be a nightmare for dyslexics to keep them all straight. I like names that are unique, so I don't get muddled. I like names like Mermaid Cove, Cheap Frills, Trinkets + Treasures and barairo no jinsei (although at least 2 of those sites no longer exist).
