Lot load error, all lots

This occurs on all lots. This is a fresh install, all EPs and all SPs. Windows XP SP2. No custom content. the only additional content is Maxis made objects.
If I don't run boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, the loading just hangs.  I delete this each time I enter a lot, but it comes up each time.
There is more from the log, but I exceeded 20,000 characters.

I entered a lot first, guy got a science job played it for a while, exited the game, came back to find this.

I think is another case of trash code with clothes. Job clothes in this case. Try the old formula change-the-sim-clothes-change-it-back.
