Need to display error messages in TS2 - what's that code again?

There's some code that makes the game display error messages, but I can't find it.  Every Internet search I've tried has resulted in a whole lot o' nuffin'.  So... erm, halp?

First control shift c to make the cheat window come up, then:

boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true

Syera:
That's it?  I thought there was an extra step involved.   ???

Yes, that extra step involves causing something to throw an error.
