Permanent sun tans

So I have this couple that I sent on a honeymoon to Twikki Island, and they both got a tan while they where there. The husband's tan faded away normally after a while. But the wife's tan has not. She was a townie, so she got the tan when she was 29 days away from being an elder. Now she's only 10 days away and its still there.
Not that this is really a problem. She looks really good with a tan. But I could see this happening to sims I wouldn't want to have a permanent tan. So is there any way to fix this?

Lot Debugger has an option for that: "Fix...Sunburns and Tans".

Fix Tans and Burns will reconcile the state of any tans or burns, so that if your sim is supposed to have one, because they have the tan token, they will, otherwise it will remove the overlays that shouldn't be there.
Process Denied:
I'm glad that I ran into this because I have a set of twins that got a sunburn when they first became children and now they are one day away from being teens and they are still burnt--I would much rather them be tanned. The same thing happened to Cassandra when she went on a honeymoon with Don.

I've got some sunburned sims that need fixing, I looked at all the choices on the lot debugger and was unable to find Fix...Sunburns and Tans. Where is the option?
