Shops, yes shop again *expoding head*

1) i've made a sim, A-Sim
2) he have purchased a community lot to build his shop
3) the builded shop have some some toys and robots, every objects are marked in yellow with the proper tool to sell the stuff to the other sims
4) he have placed open/closed sign and a cash-register
then the sims go back to his home, pickup the phone and sell his community lot...
The B-Sim go on the ex A-Sim community lot to purchase a toy.. but the toy are unsellable :(
and the same appen with cake and groceries in general, also with the rest of the craftable objects and not.
actually i've all expansions and stuff installed (*teen included)
any solution ???

You have to have a Playable Sims own the lot & hire employees to run it.
All you did was set up a store, that know one owns now, so it is not usable
by other sims.

I usually make dummy sims to make some craftables and run the business up a few levels, then turn them into townies using one hack or another. Works like a dream.

i've made it just yesterday and i've made the sims as townies with insimenator (family trees) but when i've gone back to the hood the plumbob was there and the sims was been playable too, maybe family trees failed
*edit*
here the insim. family Tree works fine.
but on the house now there is a bag, and the lot isn't visitable.
so i suppose that i've to use a community lot ?

Do not sell an ownable business, or it will lose all of its ownable shop attributes. Never sell an ownable business "back to the community" unless you want it destroyed.
