It's the batman box in the Misc. -> Misc. category. Place somewhere on the lot, have the afflicted Sim click on the box and choose "Fix... Tans and Burns".

and in "sims 2 categorizer" i claims that it doesnt actually tan.... ???

Pescado's version does tan, Numenor's version doesn't, it gives body points.
