Beau Broke has a split personality, I think!

While I was scrolling thorugh the character files in N0001, I noticed that file 00010 was twice the size of any other file (over 1200kb) and when I looked it up in Simenhancer I found that this was Beau Broke, and in his relationships Beau Broke appears as one of his friends! This explains why I'd noticed on one or two occasions that Beau wanted to talk to Beau, or play with Beau!
Seems like this file is irreversibly corrupted, although I have backups which apparently aren't! However, I'm loth to replace him as he's doing well in his political career, has tons of friends, and has just got married!
I think he must have multiple personality syndrome!

Does he have a handhelp game? That can cause MPD in sims.

Loads of my Sims have this, they get it as soon as they play on the handhelds. I did have the fix but took it out, I think because it also stopped them getting crushes from it and I like that aspect of the game too much to want to lose it. I've had Sims want to see their own ghosts and all sorts.

The handheld game is not supposed to cause random crushes all over the place, you know. That's completely a bug.

He did have a handheld, but gave it to his little sister. I can't think why he should have this problem, the youngest Broke brother has moved house numerous times, but mostly lives in a Greek house with three other male Romance sims, is in love with all three of them, is engaged to another male sim, has been in love with Lilith Pleasant since they were teens, and generally has an extremly complicated life, but has shown none of the problems I've been getting with Beau! It's extremely odd, and although I have backups, I think swopping files would cause all kinds of new thing to go wrong, besides, he's forget he was now a married sim!
I suppose, if I knew something about the workings of files, I could copy it, open up the copy and have a look to see what's gone wrong, but I have no understanding at all about what goes on inside files! But if I get a rash of sims with files twice the size they should be, my game is going to lag like hell!
