Constant momentary freezing. Stupid BV? Stupid computer? Or something else?

Yes, I remember that too. It was in the UI panel. Either under 'settings' or under 'gameplay'. I don't know if those are the right words, but one has the monitor icon and the other one the two cogs.

Some people have reported that the patch helped with music stuttering and lag issues. I think I read somewhere on this board that there's a crack that's compatible with the patch ....

I know what hamhanded means :D I wanted to know what Pescado actually meant by it-what does one have to do with the non-released shiny to fix the stupid laggy lots.

Sounds like he thinks his anti-lag dohickey is rather clumsy in the way it works, meaning, I guess, that he thinks .. or maybe wishes .. it could be done more efficiently. So maybe if it's not his best work, he doesn't want to release it untl Gwill jumps up and down? Just a guess.
