Problems with Community Lots

Ever since I installed Bon Voyage I've been having problems with Community Lots. Specifically, Live Mode seems to decide it doesn't want to work.

I went to a downtown lot in a taxi, and it worked fine for a while, until suddenly I got shunted to the options mode. All the Sims disappeared and I couldn't pick live mode.

On holiday, when I try to walk to lot, she gets stuck. Doesn't appear on the lot and there's an icon in the top left corner with her face on it, presumable because she is walking to the lot. I enable buy mode, buy the Debugger and click on 'retrieve missing Sim'. Then she appears, and everyone promptly disappears and live mode is unselectable.

I'm running an unpatched Bon Voyage, with all expansions and stuff packs.

I've attached an error log I believe to be appropriate.

Help? Vacations without community lots are beyond boring.

I haven't looked at your error log (I'm not awesome enough to interpret them), but I had a similar problem.

I had been using TwoJeff's old painting-based visitor controller.  Taking it out fixed the problem.  The old visitor controller is not compatible with BV.  Head on over to Inteen, and download TJ's beta version of the Visitor Controller, which is BV-friendly.  You'll need to register over there to be able to access TJ's beta stuff.

Hmm, I'm fairly sure I got the beta version... but I'll have a look anyway, it might have been that I missed it by accident.
