Incest: When you love your mother too much

One of my sims started randomly gossiping about another sim I have never seen before, so I checked out her memories and relationships to see who she was talking about. In her memories I found out she's an OMGH0R:
Not too odd in Sim land, really. Until you look at her family tree.
She had an affair with her son. He also has the affair memory.
I'm assuming the memories come from this scene, which had happened earlier.
At the time, I thought it was odd that mother was snuggling her son like that, but whatever. They are sims...
And then the mother got out of the bed, naked.
I don't think anything "happened" between the two. I'd taken the picture of them sleeping, then went on my way around the house until I heard the NAKED! shrieking. The wife doesn't seem to care though. She likes congratulating her mother-in-law about it.

Stuff like that does not happen on it's own. Something is causing that kind of glitch.

My neighbourhood is on the verge of the death; I've been having a few odd things starting to happen so I'm assuming glitchiness for being a legacy lot. Neither of them have any romantic options between each other.
